XGrid Solutions Ltd ("XGrid", "we") is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and in providing our planning services. Company no. 16949338, registered in England and Wales.
What we collect
- Waitlist: your email address, if you join the XGrid platform waitlist.
- Enquiries and planning requests: names, job titles, phone numbers and email addresses of client staff, TM providers and highway authority contacts that you send us.
- Scheme information: drawings and records you provide, which may occasionally include resident or property details.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and deliver the planning services you've asked for (lawful basis: contract, or steps before entering a contract).
- To send waitlist updates about the XGrid platform (lawful basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
- To meet legal and accounting obligations (lawful basis: legal obligation).
We don't sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us run the business, such as our email and website form provider (Formspree) and IT and accounting services, and only as needed to deliver our services. Scheme information is shared only with the parties involved in that scheme, such as the highway authority, where required.
How long we keep it
Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or the waitlist closes. Client scheme information is kept for the duration of the work and then deleted or returned, except where we need records for legal, insurance or accounting purposes (typically up to 6 years).
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict its use, or withdraw consent. Email matt@xgridsolutions.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site doesn't set its own tracking or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may use basic performance monitoring, and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
